Billy Howard brings more than 16 years of wealth management experience to Bond Financial, with a deep understanding of equity and fixed income investing, lending, alternative investments, concentrated positions, and estate planning strategies. His work is centered on helping clients and families plan across generations, protect what they have built, and align investment decisions with broader planning goals, personal values, and the assets that matter most.
Before entering financial services, Billy was a prominent figure in the Seattle arts community. He founded and operated Howard House, a contemporary art gallery that contributed to the city’s cultural landscape for two decades. That experience continues to shape his perspective on collecting, legacy, and the role that passion assets can play in a family’s broader financial story. He holds a BFA from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and an MFA in Art and Art History from the University of Washington.
Billy has served on numerous arts boards, including the Seattle Art Museum, where he was a Trustee and President of the Contemporary Art Council; the Seattle Art Dealers Association, where he served as President; Pottery Northwest; the Museum of Northwest Art; and SOLA, which supports women visual artists over 60 in Washington State.
Based in Seattle, Billy is a proud father of two college students and shares a love of global travel with his wife, a travel curator. He brings wide-ranging expertise, curiosity, and a lifelong commitment to the arts to the families and communities he serves.
