Chief of People
Mari joined Bond Financial in the spring of 2020. She leads the firm’s human resources and people operations. Mari is passionate about building strong employee relationships and helping Bond Financial thrive through its people.
Before joining Bond Financial, Mari directed hiring and onboarding for an S&P 500 technology store, worked in business development for an established startup, and co-founded two small businesses.
Mari studied Business Administration while earning a degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, staying physically active, and cooking creative dishes.
